
Talent Acquisition Manager
About this role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to support our hiring initiatives across multiple functions and regions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment, drive talent pipeline building, optimise hiring processes, and contribute to employer branding, all in support of our continued business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization.
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners including recruitment agencies and universities.
Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably within tech, fintech, crypto, or digital assets industries
Strong knowledge of talent markets and hiring practices across multiple regions, particularly in Asia-Pacific
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels from junior hires to senior leadership
Proficient in recruitment platforms and ATS tools, with strong data analysis and reporting skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin preferred given the regional scope of the role
