A Singapore-based frontier AI research company. Flat structure, fast-moving, Mac-first environment. Team communicates primarily in Mandarin. Security is treated as a core engineering practice. The Role Own office IT infrastructure, network reliability, identity & access management, and security baseline for a growing AI research team. You'll keep things running smoothly while using AI tools and automation to make IT operations smarter.
Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Manage Mac fleet lifecycle via MDM — provisioning, compliance, decommissioning
Own office network and SD-WAN connectivity across multiple regions
Run onboarding/offboarding, SSO, account audits, and least-privilege access control
Maintain endpoint security (EDR, disk encryption, DLP) and GitHub/GitLab org security policies
Conduct security audits, manage credentials, and lead security awareness training
Automate repetitive tasks; build internal tools using scripts or AI coding assistants
Job Requirements
Requirements
3–6 years in enterprise IT operations; at least 1 year in information security
Hands-on SD-WAN and multi-site network experience
Proficient in macOS and MDM platforms
Google Workspace or M365 admin and SSO experience
GitHub/GitLab Enterprise security configuration experience
Solid grasp of zero trust, MFA, EDR, vulnerability response
Native Mandarin; strong English for vendor comms and SOPs
Bonus
Uses AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to build automation or internal tools
Real security incident response experience
SOC2 / ISO 27001 / PDPA familiarity
