AML Lead - Leading Crypto Firm
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute the firm’s global AML strategy aligned with regulatory requirements and business goal
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing AML team across multiple jurisdictions
Act as the primary subject matter expert on AML, FCC, and KYC matters
Conduct enterprise-wide AML risk assessments and implement risk-based controls tailored to crypto-specific risks such as on-chain activity, DeFi exposure, and cross-border transactions.
Develop internal policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a strong culture of compliance across the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelors’ degree in a related field
At least 8 years of AML experience – ideally with experience across payments and crypto
Ability to lead a team
Able to work independently
Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
