Job Responsibilities

Lead the design of core product features from concept to launch, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI.
Define and maintain design systems and component libraries used across the product suite.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into intuitive experiences.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Mentor and provide feedback to junior and mid-level designers on the team.

5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile.
Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with prototyping and design system tools.
Familiarity with Web3, NFTs, or blockchain products is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
