Digital Payment Infrastructure Provider | MPI Licensed | Attractive Compensation Package An exciting opportunity with a growing fintech building next-generation payment infrastructure across stablecoins, cross-border payments, virtual accounts, and digital asset payment solutions. This role sits within the Sales team and will focus on driving enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth across APAC.

  • Drive new merchant and client acquisition across the payments and Web3 ecosystems.

  • Own full end-to-end sales cycle, from pitching and onboarding to deal closure.

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences, build relationships with senior decision-makers, enterprise clients and payment firms.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Product, Operations, and Management teams on execution and alignment with business goals.

  • Research on market trends, competitor movements, and product innovations across payments, blockchain, and digital assets.

職位要求

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 5+ years of Institutional Sales experience in TradFi and Web3

  • Proven hunter with strong track record closing enterprise or institutional deals

  • Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, treasury, acquiring, payment infrastructure or blockchain-related solutions

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and consultative sales capabilities

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to work with clients based in China and Hong Kong
