Digital Payment Infrastructure Provider | MPI Licensed | Attractive Compensation Package An exciting opportunity with a growing fintech building next-generation payment infrastructure across stablecoins, cross-border payments, virtual accounts, and digital asset payment solutions. This role sits within the Sales team and will focus on driving enterprise client acquisition and revenue growth across APAC.

Drive new merchant and client acquisition across the payments and Web3 ecosystems.
Own full end-to-end sales cycle, from pitching and onboarding to deal closure.
Deliver exceptional client experiences, build relationships with senior decision-makers, enterprise clients and payment firms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Compliance, Product, Operations, and Management teams on execution and alignment with business goals.
Research on market trends, competitor movements, and product innovations across payments, blockchain, and digital assets.
職位要求
Our Ideal Candidate:
5+ years of Institutional Sales experience in TradFi and Web3
Proven hunter with strong track record closing enterprise or institutional deals
Strong understanding of cross-border payments, FX, treasury, acquiring, payment infrastructure or blockchain-related solutions
Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and consultative sales capabilities
Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to work with clients based in China and Hong Kong
