
BD Manager, Cross-Border Payments & OTC

Develop and manage partnerships with LPs, PSPs, banks, acquirers, channel partners, and enterprise clients
Own the end-to-end BD process: prospecting → solution design → commercial negotiation → go-live
Deepen relationships with existing clients and channels (HNWIs, institutional clients, key partners)
Drive client acquisition across cross-border payments, crypto/fiat conversion, fund settlement, and digital asset services
Understand client needs across treasury, liquidity, and payment workflows; design tailored solutions with internal teams
Monitor OTC, stablecoin, and FinTech market trends; provide strategic insights and recommendations
Represent BIT at industry conferences and client events
คุณสมบัติของงาน
Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, institutional client coverage, or related roles, with at least 1–2 years in payments (PSP, acquirer, payment gateway, cross-border payment platform, or FinTech)
Background in payments: PSP, acquirer, payment gateway, cross-border payment platform, or FinTech required
Proven full BD cycle ownership (lead gen → close → after-sales)
Existing network of channel partners, PSPs, banks, or institutional clients
Solid understanding of payment flows: crypto/fiat conversion, fund settlement, cross-border collections
Crypto or digital asset exposure is a plus
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English to communicate with internal stakeholders, regional partners, and clients
