Operations Manager

Excellent event planning skills: Develop event goals, strategies, and plans based on platform and user characteristics. Continuously explore effective event formats and models to achieve goals such as new user acquisition, user engagement, user retention, and volume growth.

Promote event implementation: Control the overall tone and take responsibility for the final results, including overall planning and coordination of design, product, and development requirements.

Data analysis capabilities: Monitor event data, identify problems from the data, and optimize and iterate.

Competitive analysis: Pay attention to competitor trends, explore and refine event templates, improve event efficiency, and increase platform user growth and transaction volume.

Community and social media management: Responsible for social media communities and social media operations.

2+ years of operation-related experience, blockchain industry background preferred

Sensitive to user data, excellent event planning and implementation capabilities

Cross-team collaboration skills

Chinese & English skills

Results-oriented, self-motivated, strong stress resistance

Good understanding of the dynamics of the cryptocurrency market
