We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist to manage and grow BIT's presence on X and YouTube for our US stock and crypto business. In this role, you will develop and execute content and community strategies to drive user acquisition and trading conversions, leveraging AI tools and your deep understanding of social media algorithms to create high-impact content. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of social media operations experience in finance or brokerage, a proven track record of driving traffic and user acquisition, and strong familiarity with the US stock and crypto community ecosystems.

Manage daily operations and fan growth for BIT's US stock business and cross-over Crypto business on official accounts across major global social media platforms including X (Twitter) and YouTube.
Develop and execute effective customer acquisition and traffic generation strategies. Use content, community engagement, and events to continuously deliver high-intent investor users to the US stock business line.
Make good use of AI tools. Stay on top of global finance and Web3 trends. Be familiar with the US stock/Crypto community ecosystems, recommendation algorithms, and "traffic secrets" on X and YouTube. Be able to quickly capture viral trends and create hit content.
Regularly track channel performance metrics (click-through rates, account opening/funding conversion rates, etc.) to continuously optimize traffic generation paths and content strategies.

At least 2+ years of experience in social media operations within traditional finance. Brokerage background with strong familiarity of the Crypto ecosystem is preferred.
Must have verifiable successful cases of driving traffic/user acquisition.
Deep understanding of algorithmic logic on X, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
Candidates who are themselves KOLs or key opinion leaders in the US stock/Crypto space, or have strong partnerships with finance bloggers/communities, are preferred.
Good visual design sense. Basic skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) or video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) are preferred.
High sensitivity to investments and macroeconomics.
Ability to work under pressure.
