
Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Candidate Sourcing: Leverage your network and the company's existing database to identify and attract top-tier talent across different regions in Asia and Europe.
Interviewing and Assessment: Participate in the interview process to ensure alignment with our company culture and strategic direction.
Talent Pool/Mapping: Build and maintain a robust database of high-potential candidates to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified talent. Conduct in-depth industry research and talent mapping to identify key talent within competitors.
Problem Solving: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, the senior management team, and the HRBP team to collaboratively address recruitment challenges and resolve issues promptly.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies aligned with market trends and company growth objectives to attract top talent globally.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, either in an agency or in-house environment, relevant experience within the Web3 and CEX is highly preferred. Less experienced candidates will be considered Specialists.
Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to build robust talent pools and conduct in-depth talent mapping in a niche area, demonstrating a keen understanding of industry trends and job requirements.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with global candidates and conduct effective negotiations.
Results-Oriented: Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines, driving the recruitment process and ensuring timely filling of critical roles.
Language: Fluency in both Mandarin and English is a must.
